: (1) Trade union association active in tea plantation, carpet sector, construction business, labor supplier, transport sector or industry group of goods of similar nature as specified or service providers or businessmen of related industry group. They can form a collective bargaining committee and submit a collective demand claim before the employers' association.
(2) The manner of submission of demands and claims as per sub-section (1), collective bargaining related procedures and contractual provisions shall be as prescribed.
(3) In the case of an establishment where a collective agreement is in force according to this clause, it is not allowed to submit a collective demand claim and enter into an agreement in accordance with this paragraph.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (4) of section 122, the ministry may issue an order requiring collective demand claims to be presented and negotiated at a certain time. If such an order is issued, it may be earlier or later than the time mentioned in the same sub-section of the same section for one time.
